At Pilates 1st, our team of instructors care about each individual client, including their goals, abilities, and limitations. We teach to all levels, which means we can adjust the exercises and workouts to those who have never taken a Pilates class before to our most advanced clients, who have been coming for years.

We are especially proud of our community of clients, who are fun and don't take themselves too seriously. They are up for anything, communicate when they don't like something, and feel like the studio is their own little sanctuary.


Teri and all the instructors at Pilates 1st are the best! They are knowledgeable, fun, and know how to keep us coming back for more amazing Pilates sessions. My body is changing before my eyes and I can't thank them enough.
